The Most Impressive 2-Ingredient Coconut Whipped Cream You’ll Ever Make
Did I mention it’s organic, too? This simple coconut whipped cream is one of the simplest recipes to make at home and will add a pillowy sweet bite to all your favorite desserts. All you need is two ingredients and a whisk (use any hand whisk, stand mixer, or beaters).
Ingredients for 2 Ingredient Coconut Whipped Cream
As a huge fan of whipped cream on desserts (check out my strawberry shortcake recipe), I enjoy whipping this up (pun intended) at home in a matter of seconds.
Full-fat organic coconut milk: only costs about $2 and change. You’ll need to chill the can in the refrigerator until the cream on top is solidified; it will separate from the coconut water underneath. The cream is the part you want to use and whip up!
Organic powdered sugar: this stabilizes the whipped cream a bit and adds some sweetness. Store-bought coconut whipped cream is pretty “loose”, and the texture in this recipe closely resembles what’s in the store. If you want it more stable, you can add more powdered sugar. Note that the more you add, the more it will start to resemble icing than whipped cream.

Wow that looks great! I’ve made whipped cream before but never tried a dairy free version… will have to give this a try!
Definitely! It’s delicious on so many desserts, and I love making it for get togethers if I know someone is dairy free!
Another amazing recipe that I’ve never heard of. Coconut milk into whipped cream, must try this on my next pie.
